What does 'Submersible' Mean?
The Aquaclip® sealing system used on this Aquapac has been independently tested by the world-famous Engineering Research Centre at Imperial College, London. It's guaranteed waterproof to the international standard IPX8, which is as waterproof as you can get. It means that if you really want to you can hold it 15ft/5m underwater for half an hour safe in the knowledge that the stuff inside will stay completely safe and dry. |

I used it there and was very pleased with how it worked - it was a relief to know that even if I dropped the camera in the ocean, it wouldn't get wet, and it would float. "The cases arrived nice and early yesterday and we were able to get them down the beach and test them straight out. We have a Canon 20d which is quite large so it is a snug fit, but once in all the controls can be operated very easily. Was impressed to find you can operate all the controls with relative ease. The shots speak for themselves and considering it was a first effort they aren't a bad bunch. Will get it out again next time the sun dares to shine and have another crack with it. Overall very impressed!"
