Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be tightly guarded by Aquapac in London. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, swap, exchange, or barter our customers' details unless they give us permission to do so.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
If you opt in to our mailing list we will keep your details on file in London so we can email you from time to time to let you know about New Stuff. We do this using software from Constant Contact which features SafeUnsubscribe™ - there is an unsubscribe option at the beginning and end of every mail.
The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us with your current details. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct them promptly.
Should you order again you will be asked to enter all your details again. We consider this is preferable to using a system which holds your credit card details. We DO NOT store credit card details.

Returns Policy – Warranty Claims
Should you have cause for complaint all you have to do is contact us. Keep the dispatch note that arrives with your goods, as you will need to quote the invoice number and date. If the case is defective we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund including your shipping costs.
Returns Policy – Changing Your Mind
If, when your goods arrive, you simply decide you don’t want them after all, you have the following 7 working days in which to notify us that you want a refund. We will give you a full refund within 30 days of this notification. This will include what we charged you for shipping the goods to you, but the cost of returning the goods to us in this situation is your responsibility. The product must be returned within 30 days of your notification in a saleable condition (the Aquapac must come back as good as new, but don't worry about the packaging).
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints
There may be occasions when you are unhappy with the service that has been provided to you by Aquapac International Limited. In these cases we endeavour to be fair and efficient in handling any complaint you should have and that your complaint will be dealt with confidentially by a company Director.

We endeavour to give you an answer within 5 working days and will provide you with a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed about the progress of your complaint.
We regularly review our complaints procedure and welcome any suggestions you may have in relation to its improvement.
