Eligibility
The ProDeal is offered to professionals employed in the Outdoor Industry and whilst Aquapac does not bias based on gender, race, age or any other factor, our level of discount will vary depending on your employment type within the Industry. This level may vary depending on product, locality and business logistics at the time of application.
Those eligible for ProDeal would include Professional Outdoor Instructors and Educators, Outdoor Retailers, Professional Athletes or Expeditionists, Persons employed by non-competitive Outdoor brands and other similar professions.
Applications are treated on a case-by-case basis and Aquapac reserves the right to refuse any application for any reason.
Confidentiality
Aquapac ProDeal members agree to keep their participation in the ProDeal confidential.
The privilege to purchase from www.aquapac.net at a special price is for the ProDeal member only - no friends or family are included in this offer.
Users agree not to use any retail store for trying out products or for returns.
Special Pricing and Purchase Limits
Approved ProDeal members will receive a flat-rate discount code for purchases from www.aquapac.net. Members may be limited to 10 items per year.
Product Availability
Retail orders always take priority. Approximate order turnaround is one to two weeks depending on the requested shipping method.
Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped at the user’s expense, via one of our standard shipping methods.
Payment Information
ProDeal purchases are available over www.aquapac.net only; we cannot accept cash or money-order purchases by other means.
Exchanges/Returns
Due to the nature of your purchase and likely usage, Aquapac will accept returns or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it for a replacement or refund. All of our products sold under the ProDeal are covered by the terms of our standard Warranty.
Account Suspension/Termination
Accounts are valid for one year from the approval date.
Aquapac will renew the account upon receipt of employment verification.
Aquapac has the right to suspend or terminate a member’s account at any time if we believe the member is abusing the program or no longer employed in the industry. Members will be notified via e-mail regarding suspension/termination. Aquapac reserves the right to contact a member’s employer to verify employment in the industry.
Aquapac reserves the right to suspend the entire ProDeal program at any time.
Account Status Notification
Aquapac will notify applicants regarding account status via e-mail within 1-2 weeks of the application date. The email will come from the domain @aquapac.net; please make sure this is not blacklisted in your spam filter.
